Purpose: New elementary choral program open to 4th and 5th graders. Students will rehearse for an hour once a week in order to improve musical skills in a focused environment, prepare music for concert performances, and work collaboratively with their peers.

Impact: I started the Shenandoah Elementary Singing Eagles Choir. 63 students joined my choir. We rehearsed every Monday after school for an hour from February to April. We learned four songs and performed them by memory at a concert on April 12th. Students had their first experience learning, memorizing, and performing pieces of choral music for an audience.
